How do I sign up for counselling?2024-02-03T04:55:38+00:00

You can sign up for counselling with TLCC via this registration form.

What happens after I fill in the registration form?2024-02-01T01:05:17+00:00

Our team will review your registration. In some cases, we will conduct an intake call – a 20-minute phone call for us to understand your situation a little better.

Once a TLCC counsellor has been assigned to you, we will reach out to you to arrange your first counselling session. If we are not able to assign you to a TLCC counsellor, we will still reach out to you to inform you of this and do our best to refer you to other sources of help if appropriate.

What can I expect from my first appointment?2024-02-01T01:06:10+00:00

During your first appointment, your counsellor will go through the consent form with you. Your counsellor will also ask questions that help him/her get to know you and understand your situation better. Typically, your counsellor will also work with you to set counselling goal(s). Each individual counselling session is an hour long, and each couples counselling session is one and a half hours long.
